What is the industrial water heating element:
Flange type heating tube (also called plug-in electric heater): U-shaped electric heating tube is used, which is assembled on the flange cover according to the design specifications for heating different media and according to the power configuration requirements, inserted into the material to be heated, and the stainless steel heating tube works. A large amount of heat is transmitted to the heated medium to increase the temperature of the medium to meet the required process requirements. When the medium temperature reaches the set value required by the process, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater after PID operation according to the temperature sensor'> sensor signal, and realizes the temperature control of the resistive load of the stainless steel electric heating tube. Make the temperature of the medium uniform and meet the required requirements; when the heating element is overheated or the liquid level is low, the interlocking protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power to prevent the heating element from burning out and prolong the service life.
