Q: What do you generally do in regarding to the products' quality control?
A: We always put much emphasis on products quality. That's the priority. We shall contact strict quality inspection towards the products before delivery. And we've obtained the VDE, CE, UL, ISO and so on
Q: What is size and the specification?
A: We provide private custom service for you. You can specify the size, voltage, power, operating temperature and so on as you like. It would be better if you can provide us your designed technical drawings for complex heating elements or thermal control elements.
Q: What Certification your products approval?
A: UL, CUL, CE, ROHS, REACH, ISO, IATF16949.

Q: Can we print our own brand?
A: Yes, Of course. Will be our pleasure to be one your good OEM manufacturer in China to meet your OEM requirements. It would be better if you could send to us your logo requirements by words or drawing. Please provide us with your authorization letter.
Q. Whether can order online directly?
A: Because most of our product are customized, we so need to know you detail requirements in order to provide the most suitable heating elements and thermal products to you. So by now we don’t have an online order, You should contact with us providing dimension, CAD drawing, voltage and power, material, thickness and whether you need gum or wire.

Q: Will you accept customized requirement?
A: Of course, customized service is surely acceptable. Most of our heating elements can be customized, Welcome to send us your drawing and more detailed specification parameters. We can supply you the products as per your specific requirements.
Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Normally For most our domestic heating elements and thermal parts can be sent free of sample charge if the quantity is small and customers just need to bear the shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL, FEDEX, EMS, UPS courier account number to us. If the industrial and commercial elements, or quantity is big, need sample charge.
Q: How can you guarantee the quality of mass production keep the same with the sample sent to me before?
A: Our warehouse staff will leave another same sample with your company name marked in our company before sending the samples to you to ensure the same production as the samples. And we have a customer management system, and each customer's request information has a detailed record.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Generally 5-10 days for regular samples, 15-30 days for batch orders. We will indicate the lead time on our Proforma Invoice for each order, because for different elements, the delivery lead time may be different.
Q: How to place an order?

Q: What's the shipping method?
A: International express and sea transportation, Depend on customers’ requirements. For the batch orders, if the Volume is big, we suggest to ship by sea, and if the gross weight and Volume is small, suggest to ship by courier express or air. Of course, if you really need the elements hurry, we can also coordinate with you ship by air or courier.
Q: Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. We would like to cooperate with your forwarder agent to deliver the order to you.
Q: What's the Payment method?
A: T/T, 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery.
We suggest you transfer the full amount at one time if the order amount is less than USD10000. Cause there is bank process fee, it would be an extra bank charge if you make twice transfer. For different orders, we can discuss again.
