These heaters help prevent premature cooling or solidification of the plastic material.

Both barrel heaters and nozzle heaters are typically electric heaters that use heating elements, such as resistive wires or ceramic heating elements, to generate heat. Temperature sensors are also integrated into the system to monitor and control the temperature accurately.
