THICK FILM HEATERS

The thick film heater also called printed heater is a new type of electric heating element. It uses the most advanced thick film technology in the world to directly print and sinter the insulating film and the heating resistor film on the stainless steel plate or pipe by screen printing and sintering. The stainless steel plate or pipe is made into a heating device, and can directly boil water or fry things on the heating device. Due to the direct heating, the heat generated by the heating resistor film is directly transmitted to the heated carrier through the steel plate, so the thermal efficiency is high and the response speed is fast.
