Flexible Alumina Ceramic Heating Pad
Flexible Ceramic heating pads are mainly used for Weld Preheating and Post Weld Heat Treating. Ceramic heating pads are constructed of high grade Nickel-Chrome 80/20 19-stranded resistance wire which run through durable aluminum oxide ceramics beads. These resistance heating elements accurately raise the workpiece temperature to the proper temperature before, during, and after welding. These semi-flexible ceramic heating pads, with their interlocking beads and high temperature wire, allow for a fit conforming to the shape of the workpiece, and are capable of temperatures up to 1050°C. This of type ceramic heaters can be customized with voltages from 22V to 255V.
