The first type is winding fins, the second is square fins. What is the difference between them?
The square fin electric heating tube is better than the winding fin electric heating tube with good heat dissipation. Therefore, the making cost of square fin is more higher than winding type fin.

The distance between fin and fin should be about 5mm, we suggest that the length of the tube should not exceed 800mm, otherwise it will be more time-consuming to make and the cost will be higher.
