Common faults and maintenance of ceramic electric heating band:
1. The ceramic heating band is broken
Solution: First turn off the power of the ceramic heating band, remove the wire of the ceramic heating band, check whether the ceramic heating band is burned out with a multimeter, and replace it immediately to solve the problem.
2. No strong current output;
Solution: Check the strong electricity used by the ceramic heating band and check with a multimeter. The general problem is that the heating switch is tripped or burned out, and the trip is turned off and then pushed up again. If it is broken, turn off the power and replace it to solve the problem.
3. The ceramic heating band contactor burns out
Solution: First, check whether the control power supply of the ceramic heating band contactor has electricity. Whether there is electricity or no action is the problem of the ceramic heating band contactor. Check whether the contact is loose. After loosening the power, use a screwdriver to tighten the connector. If there is no problem with the connector, the ceramic heating band contactor is broken, and it can be replaced. Pay attention to mark each line to prevent it from being unclear.
4. The ceramic heating band contactor has no control power supply
Solution: If the control power supply has no power, it is often that there is no output power on the computer 10 board. There are basically two problems. The same is that the overload protection cable is burned out. The second is that the output point is burned out. The temperature fuse is burned out and the current fuse is replaced. It can solve the problem, but if the output point is broken, it can be solved by using a spare output or repairing 10 boards.
5. The ceramic heating band circuit is broken.
Solution: Check the circuit section by section with a multimeter, find the broken section of the ceramic heating band and replace it or reconnect it.
