Comparison Of Metal Heaters And Non-metal Heaters
The electric heaters produced by Jaye are mainly divided into two categories according to the material classification: metal electric heaters and non-metal electric heaters. Both materials have their own advantages and are applicable to different occasions.
1. Metal electric heater:
Titanium electric heater: It is made of pure titanium tube, which is suitable for use in various acidic and weakly corrosive liquids, such as chromium plating, chemical nickel plating, acid copper, etc.
Stainless steel electric heater: suitable for heating in liquids with PH≧7, and can be made into daily tubular electric heating elements, dry burning tubes, drying rooms, ovens, static, flowing air, oil, water, compression molds and other ways.
2. Non-metallic electric heater;
Fluoroplastic electric heater: It is a new type of strong corrosion-resistant electric heater. It is based on the processing of metal electric heaters and is lined with fluoroplastics on the outside of the metal. Commonly used fluoroplastics are: PFA soluble polytetrafluoroethylene Ethylene, PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. The joint adopts fully enclosed anti-acid and alkali, non-heating section and overheating safety protection system are made in accordance with the needs of customers. Intact guarantee that the electric heater is not easy to burn, long service life, fully enclosed, non-corrosive, non-leakage, point grounding protection, safety and reliability. The applicable temperature is below 110°C, and a stirring system must be configured in a very viscous solution to make the heat transfer uniform.
Quartz and ceramic electric heaters: suitable for chemical polishing and heating in relatively thick liquids, anti-acid and alkali, and anti-corrosion.
