Design considerations of electric cartridge heater:

Compared with the double head electric tubular heater, the electric cartridge heater is led out from one end. The electric cartridge heater can be lead out or terminal, and the customer can wire it by himself. The electric cartridge heater is generally used for dry burning of air or heating liquid. The heating liquid can be fixed with thread on the top of the electric cartridge heater to prevent it from moving. The air dry burning cartridge heater mainly refers to the mold heating electric cartridge heater, which is directly installed into the drilling hole of the mold. It can be a single straight rod, or can be fixed by adding a limiting plate at the outlet end. According to the customer's demand, the reasonable design of stainless steel electric heating pipe is selected.


Special attention should be paid to the matching of pipe diameter and template aperture when making electric cartridge heater. If the diameter of electric cartridge heater is too large, the stainless steel heating pipe can not be installed in the hole position, and the expansion factor of the heated pipe is considered, which brings inconvenience for later maintenance. In addition, the diameter of the pipe should not be too small, and the space between the pipe and the hole wall should not be reserved, which will affect the heat transfer effect of the electric cartridge heater service life. Therefore, when you order electric cartridge heater, you must pay attention to the pipe diameter, and before ordering, you should also clarify whether the tolerance is positive or negative.
