The electric heating film is a translucent film-like polyester, which is a new type of electric heating equipment. 1.The structure of the electric heating film

2. The principle of electrothermal diaphragm

The ink lines of the electric heating film are laid parallel and evenly in the polyester film, and the two ends are connected by metal current-carrying bars equivalent to wires to form multiple parallel resistors. After the electric heating film is energized, when the metal current-carrying bar is connected, the ink line is energized and generates heat.

The ink line of the electric heating film is a special conductive linear ink, and the material of the metal current carrier is copper tin plating and silver paste and other alloy materials. The manufacture of the electric heating film has realized computer numerical control. The thickness of the ink line and the diameter of the two ends of the ink line can be controlled according to the heat dissipation needs to ensure the temperature level and uniformity of the heating film.

3. The use of electric heating film

The electric heating film is currently mainly used in the fields of indoor heating and environmental temperature maintenance. Electric heating films are mainly used for indoor heating in office buildings and residential buildings. In industry, electric heating film can be used for tank insulation, pipeline heating and warehouse temperature maintenance. In agriculture, electric heating film can be used to heat vegetable greenhouses, flower houses, and brooding boxes.
