The heating tube is wrapped with metal fins to increase the heat dissipation area by 2 to 3 times, so that the surface power load of the finned electric heater is 3 to 4 times that of the non-electric heater. As the length of the electric heater is shortened, its own heat loss is reduced. Under the same power condition, it has the advantages of rapid generation, uniform heat dissipation, high thermal efficiency, long service life, compact structure, and low cost. Reasonable design according to user requirements, easy to install. The product is generally used for air heating in air conditioning ducts and air ducts.

Features:
1. Compact structure and high power of electric heater.
2. It is suitable for electric heating of various media in various occasions, such as explosion-proof occasions.
3. The heating temperature is generally up to 600°C.
4. The heater system can be fully automated, including the control of the electric heating system through the DCS system.
5. Long service life, with multiple protection systems, safe and reliable.

Pay attention to the maintenance of the electric heater when it is working, otherwise there will be certain dangers.

Precautions for the use of electric heaters:
1. The electric heating tube is allowed to work under the following conditions:
A. The relative humidity of the air is not more than 95%, and there is no explosive and corrosive gas (explosion-proof gas needs to be customized with special materials).
B. The working voltage of the heater should not be greater than 1.1 times the rated value, and the shell should be reliably grounded.
C. Insulation resistance ≥ 1MΩ Dielectric strength: high voltage tester 2KV 1 minute test.
2. The electric heater is reliable and fixed installation, and the effective heating area must be completely immersed in liquid or metal solid, and dry burning is strictly prohibited. When it is found that there is scale or carbon on the surface of the pipe body, it should be cleaned up and used in time, so as not to affect the heat dissipation and shorten the service life.
3. When heating fusible metals or solid nitrate salts, alkalis, bitumen, paraffin, etc., the operating voltage should be lowered first, and the voltage can be increased to the rated voltage after the medium is melted.
4. When heating the air, the components should be arranged crosswise and evenly, so that the components have good heat dissipation conditions, so that the air flowing through can be fully heated.
5. Safety measures should be considered when heating nitrate to prevent explosion accidents.
