Silicone rubber heaters work with temperature controllers for precise regulation by integrating temperature sensors and feedback mechanisms. The temperature controller continuously monitors the actual temperature inside the freeze dryer's chamber using sensors. It compares the measured temperature to the desired setpoint temperature. If there is a deviation, the controller adjusts the power supplied to the silicone rubber heater. Increasing power raises the temperature when it is below the setpoint, while reducing power lowers it when above the setpoint.
