How does the heating chip of the multifunctional electric cooker work?

1. Heating principle

The bottom of the multifunctional electric heating pot is heated by a heating plate. The heating plate is heated by three independent heating tubes of 500W, 800W, and 800W. The upper and lower heating tubes are covered with thermal conductive sheets to form a heating plate. The heating plate and the pot body are firmly welded into a whole through the brazing compound bottom process. The heating tube conducts the heat evenly to the bottom of the pot through the thermal conductive sheet, thereby heating the food. Its heating structure has extremely high heating efficiency and extremely low failure rate.

2. Control principle

Three independent heating tubes are controlled by three limit switches. The heating tube power is 500W, 800W, 800W. Through the combination of switches, you can adjust the firepower you need. Some styles of electric heating cookers have four switches, three heating switches and one heat preservation switch. The heat preservation switch controls the internal heat preservation temperature controller, which can keep the heat preservation temperature in a lower temperature range.

3. Safety device

There is a safety temperature controller in the bottom of the pot, which can make the electric heating pot always operate within a safe temperature range to prevent fire and electric leakage caused by excessive temperature. The bottom switch and socket are not equipped with a waterproof platform, which can prevent dripping water from entering the electrical part and causing danger.
