Use the multimeter resistance file (R*1 or R*10 file) to measure the lead wire or lead wire of the electric heating tube. For single-phase or two-phase, there are two wires or lead wires, and the red and black test leads of a multimeter should be used to test the lead wires. The resistance value R indicates that the value is within this range, which means that the heating wire of the electric heating tube is not short-circuited.

Then use a megohmmeter (also called a vibrating table, insulation resistance meter) to measure the insulation resistance of the electric heating tube lead or lead rod and the electric heating tube (the ground wire of the electric heating tube is connected to the electric heating value, for example, the greater the value indicated by the megger , Means that the electric heating tube is well insulated, but the minimum capacity value should not be less than 2Mohm, otherwise the leakage protection switch will trip and it will not work during application.

1. Nowadays, industrial electric boilers basically use resistance tubular electric heating elements to heat electric boilers. There are two heating methods for electric boilers: electromagnetic induction heating method and resistance (electric heating tube) heating method.

2. The resistance heating method is to select a resistance tubular heating element for heating. The structure of the industrial electric boiler is convenient for stacking and combination, flexible operation, convenient maintenance and replacement.

3. During the working period of the heating tube of the industrial electric boiler, the voltage is unstable. If the voltage increases, the current will increase and cause damage to the heating tube; dehydration during the operation of the heating tube will also cause damage to the heating tube; damage to the heating tube; scale on the surface of the heating tube and reach a certain degree of pass rate. Poor heat dissipation will also constitute a failure of the heating tube. In order to avoid the loss of industrial electric boilers during operation, we must protect and maintain the electric boilers in peacetime.
