How to improve the thermal efficiency of U-shaped radiant heaters?
The U-shaped radiant heater is a straight line extending from the center to all directions. Refers to a non-central pipeline (or pipe) that transports the material in the dry pipe to a designated or non-designated address. The radiant heater is widely used in heating furnaces and is the main heating part of the heating furnace. Currently, radiant heaters are mainly divided into two categories: gas radiant heaters and electric heating radiant heaters.
The thermal efficiency of the gas radiant heater is about twice that of the electric heating radiant heater. Therefore, the gas radiant heater is the development trend of the radiant heater in the future. The radiant heater is widely used in heating furnaces and is the main heating part of the heating furnace. However, if the length of the radiant heater is too long, it will cause problems in strength, rigidity, manufacturing and installation, and affect its service life. Subsequently, the structure of the burner was continuously improved, so that the gas and the combustion air were fully mixed and combusted, thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the radiant heater.
