Wire Winding: Wind the nichrome wire into a compact coil. The number of turns and the wire diameter determine the resistance, which in turn determines the power rating of the heater.

Insulation: Insulate the wound wire using high-temperature ceramic materials to prevent electrical short circuits. Proper insulation is crucial for safety and efficiency.

4. Sheath and Insulation:

Insertion: Place the wound and insulated heating element inside the stainless steel sheath. The sheath provides mechanical protection and helps in efficient heat transfer.

Filling: Fill any gaps between the sheath and the heating element with thermally conductive insulation material.

5. Lead Attachment:

Attach the leads to the ends of the heating element. Use appropriate methods to ensure a secure connection. Insulate the leads to prevent electrical hazards.
