How to use the seedling heat mat:
(Place a towel, or any other type of insulating fabric beneath the mat to ensure that all the heat is directed towards the soil.)
1. Locate a flat, dry surface of the appropriate size for your heat mat.
(Avoid cold surfaces, and they will counteract the heating ability of the heated plant mat.)
2. Plug the hydroponics heating mat's electrical cord into a standard 240-volt outlet.
3. Place a propagation tray or other plant container on the heat mat.
(Make sure to water your starter mix or starter pellets before placing your seed starter tray on the heat mat. For best results, cover seedlings/cuttings with a humidity dome.)
