Choose a heater with sufficient wattage (e.g., 1500W–3000W for thick solids).
Ensure compatibility with your IBC tote size (e.g., 1000L).
Wrap-around Design: Secure the heater around the tote's exterior.
Adhesive Pads (for some models): Stick heating pads to critical areas.
Jacketed Heaters (for aggressive chemicals): Use a thermal fluid jacket.
Use the thermostat to set the target melting point (e.g., 60°C for wax).
Allow 2–6 hours for complete melting (depends on material).

Check temperature periodically.
Avoid overheating (some materials degrade at high temps).
Once melted, pump or pour the liquid as needed.
Turn off the heater if not in use to save energy.
For Thick Materials (e.g., wax, grease): Use higher wattage (2000W+).
For Faster Melting: Pre-cut solids into smaller chunks.
Insulate the Tote: Reduces heat loss and speeds up melting.
