Precautions for Electric Gas Circulation Heater
Electric gas circulation heater is a device that consumes electric energy and converts it into heat energy to heat the substance to be heated. Its design appearance is low-power load, and it adopts multiple maintenance, which greatly increases the safety and service life of the air heater.
It is allowed to work under the following conditions:
1. The relative humidity of the air is not more than 95%, and there is no explosive or corrosive gas. (Except for explosion-proof electric heaters).
2. The working voltage should not exceed 1.1 times the rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
3. Insulation resistance ≥ 1MΩ dielectric strength: 2KV/1min.
During transportation, we must handle it carefully, and it is strictly forbidden to hit or bump. The cylinder part of the Electric gas circulation heater should be hoisted reasonably to avoid deformation and damage to the internal heating element. It should be placed in the warehouse and it is strictly forbidden to get wet.
