Precautions for the use of ceramic heat plate
1. The high temperature ceramic infrared heating plate is non-waterproof structure, so do not contact with oil, water, plastic particles during storage, use and installation to prevent leakage.
2. The high-temperature ceramic infrared heating plate must be closely attached to the heated body during installation, and the surface of the heated body should be flat and complete without unevenness.
3. After the high-temperature ceramic infrared heating plate is used, if it is found that the surface has a scorched black color, it indicates that the heat generation and the heat dissipation of the heated body are not balanced, and should be adjusted in time to prevent burn-through.
4. When using high-temperature ceramic infrared heating plate for heating, avoid hitting hard or colliding with hard objects to cause the ceramic tile to break, and the exposed alloy resistance wire will affect the operating life.
5. Before installation, check whether the installation position is consistent with the specifications of the high-temperature ceramic infrared heating plate and whether the operating voltage is consistent.
