Precautions for Using Finned Tube Heater
Finned tube heater can be customized U-shaped, W-shaped, M-shaped, etc. according to customer needs. It is widely used in electric ovens, ovens, baking rooms and other dry air heating occasions.
So what problems should be paid attention to when using it?
1. When used for heating liquid or metal solids, pay attention that the finned tube heater must be completely placed in the object to be heated, and no dry burning is allowed.
2. After use, if there is scale or carbon on the outer metal tube shell, it should be removed in time to avoid affecting the heat dissipation performance and service life of the finned tube heater.
3. The storage location of the finned tube heater must be kept dry and proper insulation resistance. If it is found that the insulation resistance of its storage environment is too low during use, it can be used after being restored by low-voltage power.
4. It should be properly fixed before use, and the wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer, and avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and water.
5. When used for air heating, pay attention to the uniform arrangement of the finned tube heater. The advantage of this is to ensure that it has a relatively sufficient and uniform heat dissipation space, and to ensure the fluidity of the air as much as possible to improve its heating efficiency.
