When the air velocity is 3m / S,
The surface load is 1W / cm2 and the surface temperature of the heating rod is 150 ℃

Through Jaye's experiment, we found that the higher the air flow speed, the lower the surface temperature of the heating rod, that is to say, the surface load of the electric heating tube can be greater. Therefore, from this point of view, the most suitable power density of electric heating tube design is closely related to the working temperature and environment.
