The advantages and disadvantages of ordinary heating tube and thick film screen-printed heater
Electric heating tube
I believe everyone is familiar with it. In fact, it is a power-increased version of "Heat Fast": the water is heated by a high-power heating tube. After the water boils, splashing water is formed, and the water flow is formed after the drop.
Advantage:
1. The heating temperature is high. Since hot water flows out after the water is heated and boiled, the water temperature will always be above 96°C.
2. Less heat loss. Since the heating tube is surrounded by water, the heat is fully absorbed by the water, so it is more efficient than the traditional electric heating tube.
Disadvantages:
1. It is the same as the traditional heating tube. Quality problems such as tube bursting seriously affect the safety of the product.
2. The scale problem is prominent. Especially in Hebei and Shanxi where the water quality is poor, the scale is very serious.
3. The power is larger, which generally exceeds the load requirements of household wires, and is more used in public places.
Thick film screen-printed heater technology
Using rare earth electronic paste with semiconductor far-infrared function, the electric heating element is made on the metal substrate by printing, pasting, sintering and other processes. The water channel is generally designed to cooperate to achieve the best effect during application.
Advantage:
1. Using stainless steel as the base material, its mechanical strength is high, and it still has high reliability under high temperature conditions.
2. 100% water and electricity separation. The heating thick film and water are on both sides of the stainless steel, and the heating film and the stainless steel are covered with a high-insulation coating, which completely solves the safety problem of leakage;
3. Multi-temperature water can be realized. Equipped with water channels and metal thick film applications, it can fully exchange heat, reduce the surface problems of metal thick film, and increase the service life. The greater feature is to make the water temperature more uniform and better controlled, and can achieve various temperatures of hot water (boiling water, warm water, low temperature water), which is the unique advantage of metal thick film.
4. Accurate temperature control. The temperature can be accurately controlled within ±2℃, far exceeding the 5-10℃ deviation of other heating methods.
5. Flow heating to reduce the generation and retention of scale.
