2. Compressor speed regulation method that changes the number of poles of the motor.
Most of the motors matched with the compressor are cage asynchronous motors, and the number of pole pairs of the rotor can automatically correspond to the number of pole pairs of the stator. Changing the number of pole pairs of the motor stator can change the synchronous speed, thereby obtaining speed adjustment and at the same time obtaining the energy adjustment of the compressor.
3. The method of starting and stopping a single compressor.
This is one of the simplest energy adjustment methods for a single compressor. The start and stop of the compressor can be directly controlled by the pressure controller on the warehouse degree controller or the compressor console. Its adjustment value is only 0% 100% two gears.
4. Fixed value step-by-step unloading method.
The energy adjustment of a single piston type ammonia compressor often adopts the step-by-step unloading method according to the fixed value of suction pressure or evaporation temperature. This is a relatively economical method of energy regulation. The domestic piston type ammonia compressors are equipped with cylinder unloading mechanism, and the cylinder unloading method can be used to adjust the energy. However, the fixed-value step-by-step unloading method is limited by the number of cylinders, and its energy change is stepwise.
5. Program adjustment method of fixed-point delay stepping.
The energy adjustment of the Shen ammonia compressor in large-scale cold storage adopts a fixed-point delay step-by-step program that combines operating table efficiency and cylinder unloading to adjust the energy. This is also the most common way to regulate energy.
