The following lists the relationship between temperature and temperature drop in the circulating oil (when the surface load of the heating tube is 2.8W / cm2).
surface temperature oil temperature temperature drop
150℃ 15 ℃ 135 ℃
147 ℃ 40 ℃ 107℃
142 ℃ 75 ℃ 66 ℃
142℃ 90℃ 52 ℃
144 ℃ 100 ℃ 44 ℃
It can be seen from the above data that the temperature in the circulating oil is closely related to the temperature drop: when the temperature of the oil is closer to the surface temperature of the electric heating tube, the temperature drop is smaller, when the surface temperature of the electric heating tube heating the oil remains, the smaller the temperature drop, the higher the oil temperature. Of course, this is the data measured in the same viscosity oil.
In fact, the size of the temperature drop mainly depends on the viscosity of the oil, and the viscosity of the oil determines its temperature. The lower the temperature, the higher the viscosity of the oil, so that the fluidity of the oil is poor. As soon as the fluidity is poor, the speed of absorbing the surface temperature of the electric heating pipe is slow. The greater the temperature drop.
