The working principle of 3D nozzle printer

Technical principle: the sprinkler head is heated, and it can be heated when the power is on. 3D printer is the use of FDM melting accumulation of the working principle, a layer of accumulation out. The filamentous (about 2 mm in diameter) thermoplastic material is heated and melted through the nozzle, which is equipped with a fine nozzle at the bottom of the nozzle (generally 0.2 ~ 0.6 mm in diameter). When the nozzle moves along the horizontal direction, the print material is extruded and sprayed out after certain pressure is applied, and the extruded material is fused together with the previous layer. After the deposition of one layer is completed, the table drops vertically to the thickness of one layer, and then continues to melt and deposit until the whole solid modeling is completed.

Cause analysis of broken wire:

(1) The problem of printing materials

FDM Rapid Forming Machine needs to heat and melt the material, and then extrude the material wire from the nozzle to bond to the work surface. The temperature resistance strength of different materials is different, and the heating temperature of different 3D printer nozzles is different, so the appropriate 3D printer supplies should be selected according to the performance of the equipment. If the quality of the materials used is not good, there will be broken wire.

(2) the problem of sprinkler head

3D printer nozzle will also appear blocked, in this case, can not be normal discharge. There is also the use of the nozzle quality is not up to standard caused by its damage can not be spun, or the internal design is not reasonable is not conducive to the silk
