What are the precautions and wiring methods for installing the tubular heater of the oven?

The oven electric heating tube is made by winding fins or putting on square fins on the basis of the light tube electric heating tube. 

So what issues should be paid attention to when installing?

We should pay attention to the following points:

1. There must be temperature control to ensure that the temperature of the heating tube does not exceed the maximum temperature resistance of the tube material.

2. The fin winding needs a distance of 30-50mm from the nozzle.

3. The distance between the tube and the tube shall not be less than 20mm during installation.

4. It is recommended to use stainless steel 304 for the fins when heating humid air, which is not easy to rust.

Wiring Methods

1. Connect a single tube to the power supply:

Connect the wires directly according to the voltage, usually 220V, one fire wire, one neutral wire. 

If there are only 2 terminals for 380V, then just connect 2 fire wires.

2. Connect multiple tubes to the power supply:

It can be adopted according to the actual situation: parallel connection, series connection, delta connection or Y connection, etc.
