What are the reasons for the explosion of the quartz heating tube?



1. The quality of the raw materials of the product is not good enough. Good quartz heating tubes are made of high-quality dehydroxylated quartz tubes. Many manufacturers use quartz tubes without dehydroxylation in order to save costs, resulting in tube bursting during use;


2. The production process is not good enough. If the quartz tube sealing process is not good enough, it is easy to leak slowly, and the tube will burst in a few seconds during use;


3. Wrong type selection, 220V fever tube is selected for 380V voltage and then the wiring method is wrong, the temperature of the fever tube is too high and the tube burst;

4. The design of the quartz heating tube manufacturer does not meet the standard, the power design per meter is too large, the internal temperature of the tube is too high to cause expansion, and the tube burst phenomenon occurs;


5. The protective gas did not meet the process requirements, and the heat accumulated and the tube burst;


6. The wall thickness of the infrared heating tube quartz heating tube is too thin to meet the production requirements;


7. The user mixes the infrared heating tube, and directly uses the electric heating element originally designed for mold heating for air dry burning, or uses the electric heating element for liquid heating for air dry burning, which will cause a tube burst phenomenon;


8. The quartz heating tube is damaged by external impact force or sudden impact during use;


9. When the quartz heating tube heats the medium such as water or heat transfer oil, there are many impurities in the medium, and the formation of scale or carbon deposition is fast. If the user does not clean the surface of the tube, the pollutants on the surface of the tube will accumulate and thicken, and the surface temperature of the electric heating tube cannot be reached. The heat is dissipated, the heat is accumulated, and the internal temperature is too high, resulting in the phenomenon of cracking and bursting;


10. There is no temperature control on the quartz heating tube, which makes it work at the extreme temperature for a long time;


11. The wiring method is wrong. It should be connected in a star connection but in a delta connection.
