Which is better, an induction hot plate or an electric ceramic hot plate cooker?
Electric ceramic hot plate efficiency-heating principle
1. The electric ceramic hot plate is heated by the nickel-chromium alloy electric hob like the ordinary electric stove. It's just a change of the previous electric stove wire. Now it is a piece of nickel-chromium alloy flat steel coiled on the electric stove pan. It's not as easy to burn out like the previous electric stove wire.
2. The surface of the hob is covered with a glass-ceramic panel like an induction cooker on the market. It looks beautiful and modern, and the dirt can be cleaned with steel wire balls.
3. There is a touch switch on the glass-ceramic panel, the temperature can be adjusted high and low when in use, and it can be heated at regular intervals. The inner and outer ring heating can be selected according to the size of the pot. A voltage stabilizing device is added, and it can be used normally in the range of 140V-275V.
When different products are produced, parts and raw materials of different costs are selected, and the prices of the finished products will definitely be high or low, and the functions will increase or decrease.

The electric ceramic hot plate is also called the far-infrared stove. Based on its characteristics, it is still the previous electric stove, but it has some improvements in technology and a little more functions.
Electric ceramic hot plate efficiency-thermal efficiency
When using an electric ceramic hot plate for heating, you need to wait for the resistance wire to heat up before transferring the heat to the pot. Compared with an induction cooker of the same power, it takes longer to stir-fry and boil water. Under the same conditions, the induction cooker took three minutes and thirty seconds to boil the same amount of boiling water, while the electric ceramic cooker took eight minutes and forty seconds. Some stores advertised that the temperature of the cooker surface of the induction cooker is only more than 200 degrees, while the temperature of the cooker surface of the electric ceramic stove can reach 600-700 degrees. This kind of statement makes us think that the heating efficiency of electric ceramic stove is far more than that of induction cooker, and it should be more "fire". In fact, it is known from the experimental results that this is just because they have different heating principles, and the high temperature of the furnace surface does not mean that its "fire" is large. In contrast to the thermal efficiency, the thermal efficiency of the induction cooker is as high as 90%, while the electric ceramic cooker is less than 60%.
Through the above comparative analysis, we can see that the thermal efficiency of the electric ceramic stove is indeed not as good as the induction cooker. But all products have their own unique advantages, and how to choose depends on the requirements of users.
