Why does stainless steel electric heating tube have uneven heating

The stainless steel electric heating tube is made by placing a metal resistance wire in a metal tube, and tightly filling the gap part with crystalline magnesium oxide with good thermal conductivity and insulation. It can be installed in an air pipe to heat the air, it can also be immersed in water or other liquids to heat water or other liquids, and directly placed in solid metal to heat the metal. Stainless steel electric heating tube has the characteristics of simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, safety and reliability, lightness and durability.

 

The wire of the stainless steel electric heating tube must be installed with a plug, and the end of the wire must not be directly inserted into the socket. The safety cut-off flow must meet the capacity requirements of the electric heating tube, and the stainless steel electric heating tube for industrial use must be equipped with a separate circuit in any case. In the event of aging and damage, it should be replaced in time. The stainless steel electric heating tube circuit without a fuse shall not be used; it must be supervised when using it, and the plug should be unplugged when leaving. During use, if there is a power failure, the plug should also be pulled out in time, and don't forget it.

 

The heating resistance wire in the stainless steel heating tube is in a spiral shape. When the distance is different, it will heat differently. The distance is close and the heat is high. The distance is long and the heat is small. It is impossible for the heating wires to make the same pitch when manufacturing the heating tube.

 

However, the quality of the process will also cause uneven heating of the stainless steel electric heating tube. The heating technology is organized as follows:

 

1. Try to distribute the resistance wires evenly during processing. Especially when winding the wire, it must be wound well. Otherwise, the heat will not be uniform.

2. The quality of the heating wire is not good, and the wire spacing is uneven after compression. It will directly lead to uneven heating of the heating tube, so manufacturers must purchase high-quality heating wires. Only in this way will we create a good quality and good quality brand.

3. Fill the electric heating tube with enough magnesium powder to make the filling in the tube dense, and then use a tube shrinking machine to compress it. (The phenomenon of unevenness caused by manual filling of magnesium powder and extrusion).
