Working conditions of electric heater
The electric heater has no special requirements for the temperature of the working environment, but the humidity of the air in the environment shall not exceed 95%, and there shall be no flammable, explosive or corrosive gas. The external working voltage of the electric heating tube shall not exceed 1.1 times the rated voltage. Before running the electric heating pipe, ensure that the shell is effectively grounded to avoid electrical accidents.
The storage location of the electric heater should be kept dry and with proper insulation resistance. If the insulation resistance in the storage environment of the electric heating tube is found to be too small during use, it can be energized at low voltage before use. The electric heating tube should be properly fixed before use, and the wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosion, explosive media and water. When the electric heating tube is used for liquid or metal solid heating, attention should be paid to placing the electric heating tube completely in the object to be heated, and the electric heating tube is not allowed to be burnt empty. After the electric heating tube is used, if there is scale or carbon on the outer metal tube shell, it should be removed in time to avoid affecting the heat dissipation performance and service life of the electric heating tube.
