The machine we use to produce terminal pins is a unique whole vehicle machine design. Our process is superior to any other manufacturer because we use the cold rolling forming process. Since the nickel layer wire used to manufacture the pin provides nickel plating in the final manufacturing process, it can be removed if the pin is produced by cutting or turning process. 
Our manufacturing method allows nickel to remain on the molded end of the pin. This is the most important, especially in the area where the coil is welded to the pin. Leaving nickel in the pins will aid the welding process. Another important reason why nickel remains intact is that if there is no nickel coating in these areas, oxidation may occur, leading to component failure.
