The Korean customer ordered 300pcs mica band heater in a very short time communication, because of our professional service and good factory price. While to make sure the heaters can be used sucessfully for their applications, we provide 6 samples first to them for testing, and after the customer tested with satisfied, then we will start the batch order. Now after photo checking and our testing, the customer is satisfied. The samples are ready to ship to the customer for final confirmation.
The mica band heater is generally used for electric extruder for heating, which uses the mica for insulation and steel plate for temperature conduct. It is popularly used for industry plastic machinery.
