Heat sealing is a very critical process in the packing industry. How to identify the quality of the silicone rubber heater mat?
1. Thermal conductivity: Thermal conductivity is an inherent property of the material and does not change in thickness and area. In principle, the higher the thermal conductivity, the better.
2. Breakdown voltage: it refers to the maximum voltage that the silicone heating mat can withstand. The higher the breakdown voltage, the better the insulation of the product. The electrical insulation index of 1mm thickness is above 4000V.
3. Hardness selection: If the hardness is too high, it cannot contact the heated object well, as a result, it will heating failed; but it does not mean that the softer the silicone pad, the better. Because if it is too soft, it means that poor stickiness.
