Flexible HEATER

The Silicone Flexible Heater is a thin, lightweight electric heating element made by embedding resistance wires or etched foil circuits between layers of silicone rubber and fiberglass cloth.

It delivers ​rapid, uniform heating​ with an operating range from ​​-60°C to 250°C, and supports customizable voltages (e.g., 12V–480V). Key benefits include exceptional ​conformability​ to curved surfaces, resistance to moisture, chemicals, and extreme temperatures, and high energy efficiency due to direct heat transfer.

Ideal for ​freeze protection, process temperature maintenance, and anti-condensation, it is widely used in industrial equipment (pipes, drums), medical devices (incubators, blood analyzers), aerospace de-icing systems, and EV battery heating.
