Jaye's fan finned heater is a metal heat sink wrapped around the surface of the original heating element, which expands the heat dissipation area by 2-3 times compared to ordinary elements, i.e. the surface power load allowed by the fin heat sink element is 3-4 times that of ordinary elements. As the length of the element is shortened, the heat loss itself is reduced.
