• Metal Fins: This is a key component that distinguishes it from ordinary heating elements. They are tightly attached to the surface of the base heating element using specialized processes (such as fin winding, fin stringing, and welding).

With the same power and space, its heat dissipation area is several to tens of times larger than that of a bare tube (without fins). This means it can transfer heat to the medium much faster, heating up rapidly and effectively reducing the surface temperature of the heating tube itself (surface load), thereby improving the overall system's energy efficiency ratio.
