Structure: Adjustable temperature control switch is a device that can freely regulate the indoor temperature according to user requirements. It has both a preset time period switch and operation functions in multiple modes. It is an ideal temperature control and energy-saving product. The adjustable thermostat includes a large body bracket, a cam temperature adjustment shaft, a positioning shrapnel, a large body shell, and a porcelain column. The large body shell is riveted to the large body and forms a limiting cavity with the large body bracket. The cam temperature adjustment shaft is set above the limiting cavity and passes through the large body shell downwards. The bottom of the cam temperature adjustment shaft is set in the limiting cavity. One end of the ceramic column is sleeved on the bottom of the cam temperature adjustment shaft, and the other end passes downwards. The large body bracket and the positioning shrapnel are fixed on the side wall of the limiting cavity.

Installation precautions: When using the contact temperature-sensing installation, the surface of the metal upper cover of the temperature switch should be completely close to the installation surface of the controller. In order to ensure the temperature sensing effect, a thermal conductive paste is applied to the temperature sensing surface of the appliance. Do not crush, loosen or deform the top of the metal surface of the temperature switch during installation, so as not to affect the function and precision. Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the temperature switch or excessive force to cause cracks in the shell. Do not change the shape of the external wiring terminal at will, so as not to affect the electrical reliability, and have insulation protection measures to prevent leakage and ensure safe use.
