In order to prevent this phenomenon, some corrosion-resistant materials, such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc., are used in the manufacturing process. These materials have good corrosion resistance. Can effectively improve the service life of the heat exchanger. However, the cost of this material is generally higher, so the price of the purchased material is also higher than the price. For the use of some corrosion inhibitors, a small amount of material is added to the corrosive medium, which greatly reduces the corrosion performance of the metal, and then stop using it. This is also some of the corrosion inhibitors we use.

Electrochemical protection is used for cathodic and anodic protection, cathodic DC power supply protection and metal surface anodic protection. In this way, the power consumption is large, and the use cost is naturally high. In the anode shielding method, the anode of the external power supply of the shielding device is used for shielding.

The fundamental function of the finned tube heat exchanger is to transfer heat, which transmits part of the heat of the hot fluid to the cold fluid. Therefore, to improve the use capacity of the heat exchanger is to improve its heat transfer performance, so as to realize the multiple heat transfer of the heat exchanger.

Reasonable pinning spacing or placement can not only increase the heat exchange area per unit time, but also improve the flow characteristics, especially the heat transfer effect of rough pinning is better than parallel pinning. If there is a phase change on one side of the heat exchanger and a gas phase on the other side, fins can be added on the heat transfer surface on the gas phase side to increase the heat transfer area, which is beneficial to heat transfer.
