The air heater is an electric heating element produced at a modern technology price. It is suitable for all kinds of plastic, chemical, chemical fiber machinery and food packaging, wire, cable machinery; hot air ducts, oil pipelines and other matching heating appliances and electric heating accessories.

The metal electric heater series are divided into three categories according to the basic and insulating medium.

 1. Metal mica heater: a high-medium nickel-nosium 2080 alloy heating wire is used as the heating element. It is made of natural mica or artificial mica board as insulator. The outer layer adopts different metal plates as conductive heating elements according to users, and heaters of various shapes such as heating coils and plates made by mechanical processing. The normal power of the surface load should be 2.5~3W/cm2. According to the required heating temperature, the customer should adopt an automatic temperature control system to ensure the service life of the heater.

2. Metal casting electric heater: a metal tubular electric heating element is used as the heating element. According to the specifications and shape requirements of the user's heating body, it is bent into a mold and cast into various shapes of cast aluminum, cast copper, and cast iron heating elements. This product is currently the ideal heating product in the plastics industry. This product has a fast temperature rise. It has the advantages of uniform heating, good thermal conductivity and long service life. According to user needs, the normal use power of the cast heater surface load is 2.5~3.5 W/cm2. The normal use power of the cast copper cast iron heater surface load is 4.0~6.0 W/cm2. Special specifications can be processed according to user drawings

3. Tubular electric heating element (metal tubular heater): The metal tubular heater is made of a metal shell (titanium steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and other metal pipes) with a nickel-normium alloy heating wire in a spiral shape along the center of the tube. Set the voltage, power and resistance quality required by the heater. Uniformly release the magnesium oxide tube and magnesium powder with good insulation and thermal conductivity of the high-purity battery filled with the gap in the tube. The tube shrinking furnace, hot spot furnace, drying equipment, hot pressing, food machinery, barbecue, household appliances and other series of electric heating machinery are used. The normal use load of the surface is 4.0~8.0 W/cm2.
