Application range of air heater
The air heater is an electric heating device that mainly heats the airflow. The heating element of the air heater is a stainless steel tubular heater. The inner cavity of the heater is equipped with multiple baffles (baffles) to guide the gas flow direction and extend the gas cavity. The residence time of the gas can be fully heated, and both are heated, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved. The heating element of the air heater, the stainless steel heating tube, is made by adding electric heating wire to the seamless steel tube, and the gap part is filled with magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation.
When the current passes through the high-temperature resistance wire, the heat generated is diffused to the surface of the heater through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then transferred to the heating air to achieve the purpose of heating. The gas-electric heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the required air temperature up to 850*C. It has been widely used in many scientific research and production laboratories such as aerospace, ordnance industry, chemical industry, universities and so on.
It is especially suitable for the test of automatic temperature control and large flow high temperature combined system and accessories. The electric air heater has a wide range of applications: it can heat any gas. The hot air produced is dry, water-free, non-conductive, non-burning, non-explosive, non-chemical, non-polluting, safe and reliable, and the heating space is heated quickly (controllable).
There are two situations for heating air in the air conditioning process: the first is to heat the air before it is treated by water. The heater used is called a preheater and is located at the outlet of the fresh air chamber. The second is to heat the air after being treated by water, usually called secondary heating or reheating. The main purpose is to compensate for the lack of heat in the workshop. The heater used is called a reheater, which is generally installed behind the baffle of the spray chamber. Although both the preheater and the reheater are used to heat the air, their functions are not exactly the same and cannot be confused and replaced, otherwise the air condition of the workshop will change. The air heater is a widely used heater. We usually call it an air heater. In fact, it can be divided into many types according to the lack of heating gas. Common ones are nitrogen heaters and hydrogen heaters. This can also be called a ducted gas heater.
