Cause analysis and solution of electric heating element short circuit

Symptom: blow the fuse

Causes: 

1. The fuse diameter is too small and the capacity is insufficient;

2. The power cord plug is shorted with the electric socket;

3. The lead or lead of the electric heating tube falls off and causes a short circuit;

4. The electric heating tube (core) is burnt and caused a short circuit;

5. Short circuit caused by accumulation of dirt or carbonization in the electric socket

Solution: 

1. Replace the appropriate fuse;

2. Repair or replace the power plug or electric heating socket;

3. Reconnect it;

4. Repair or replacement;

5. Remove dirt, repair or replace parts
