How to choose Load Bank Heater?
The load bank heater is used on the load bank of the power plant, and the user discharges excess electricity by energizing it. The common load bank heaters are as follows:
1. Flange type heater
As a load heating tube, the flange type heating tube has the same parameters as the ordinary flange type tube, and has both voltage and power.
A.The material requirements of the flange heating tube are not high, and a full set of carbon steel is more common.
B.If the load bank heater is made into a flanged tube shape, the power of a single root is relatively large, which plays a role in rapid discharge.
2. Finned type heating tube
Finned type heating tubes are also very common as load bank heaters. They are different from flanged heating tubes. They only need to provide resistance values and do not require parameters such as voltage and power.
