Cartridge electric heating tubes are widely used in mold heating, industrial electric furnace ovens and other industries. It's in great demand! How to choose the right electric heating tube? Here are two suggestions for you:
1. The selection of the mounting hole size is closely related to the heat density of the cartridge heating tube. Different heat densities produce different temperatures, and the degree of expansion of the protective sleeve is also very different. Therefore, it is necessary to make a suitable installation hole size and determine the diameter of the electric heating tube.
2. For the heating tube, the heat of the heating tube is transferred to the heating medium at the fastest speed, reducing the heat of the heating tube itself, so that its use time will be longer. At the same time, the air also hinders the conduction of heat. If the gap between the heating tube and the mold hole is too large, the heat of the heating tube cannot be transferred to the module in time, resulting in an excessively high internal temperature of the heating tube and affecting the service life of the heating tube. If there is no gap between the heating tube and the mold hole, the heating tube will expand after use, and it is difficult to replace it after damage. Therefore, we suggest that the closer the pipe diameter and aperture are, the better. And the gap is generally between 1mm and 2mm, so that the heating heat can be quickly transferred to the mold, reducing the heat of the heating pipe itself, and prolonging the service life of the heating pipe.
