How to Debug Adjustable Thermostat for Electric Stove?
Adjustable thermostat for electric stove is widely used in this kind of household appliances, so today we will learn how to debug the thermostat.
The adjustable thermostat for electric stove is a mechanical thermostat, and its debugging steps are the same as those of a mechanical thermostat. The specific operation methods are as follows:
1. First confirm the angle sample. See where the angle of today's sample is.
2. Pick up the KST thermostat and first confirm whether the switch is tight, stuck, whether the white spot falls off, whether there is sound when the thermostat contacts are in contact, and if there is no sound, there should be two possibilities:
A. The angle of the thermostat is too low.
B. The angle of the thermostat is too high. If there is no such phenomenon, you can hear (or see) whether the angle of the thermostat meets the requirements of the sample.
3. Pay special attention: When holding the KST thermostat in your hand, be sure not to touch the bimetallic strip with your hand. Because the KST thermostat is heated by bimetallic strips. If the hand touches the bimetal. Hand temperature will change its angle .
4. If the angle is not correct, turn the temperature control switch to adjust the angle to the range we need, fix the thermostat switch with your thumb and index finger, and then debug from the switch hole, and stop the adjustment when the thermostat is closed action.
5. After debugging, turn the KST thermostat switch to confirm whether it meets the sample requirements.
6. After confirming the qualification, return the KST thermostat switch to its original position and carefully place it in the special foam board for the thermostat.
Before shipment, our engineering department will debug all thermostats. After the guests receive the goods, they can be installed and used.
