1. Product temperature performance

2. The bending performance
In terms of bending performance, the quality of heating wire is the key to the service life of silicone heat blanket, the better the heating wire represents the higher safety factor and longer service life. At present, the common heating wire on the market has nickel chromium alloy, copper nickel alloy. According to UL specifications, only wires with more than 25000 bending tests meet the production standard, but many manufacturers are prone to break after 7000 tests.
