How to use Drum Heater Blanket properly? What problems should we pay attention to?
1. The Drum Heater Blanket should be effectively grounded to ensure personal safety.
2. Select the appropriate power supply according to the power of the heater.
3. The heater should be prevented from being affected by moisture and other harmful corrosive gases, and must not collide with other objects.
4. The bottom of the heating oil drum should be in contact with the chassis heater.

Identify the appropriate drum heater blanket. Ensure that the heater blanket is the correct size and voltage for your drum or barrel.
Inspect the drum heater blanket. Make sure there are no damages to the blanket, plug or cord. If there are any damages, do not use the heater blanket.
Attach the drum heater blanket. Wrap the blanket around the drum leaving no gaps or air pockets. Use the Velcro straps or buckle straps to secure the blanket to the drum.
Connect to a power source. Plug in the power cord to a power source matching the voltage for the heater blanket.
Set the temperature. Adjust the thermostat controller to the desired temperature. Make sure not to set the temperature too high or too low.
Monitor the temperature. Check the temperature regularly, especially if it is the first time using the heater blanket. Ensure that the temperature is consistent and does not exceed the recommended limits.
Unplug the drum heater blanket. Once you have finished using the drum heater blanket, unplug it from the power source. Remove the blanket from the drum and store it in a safe place.
