How to improve the safety of high temperature electric heating tubes

The resistance wire of the high temperature electric heating tube is made of nickel and chromium alloy, with high temperature 800 ℃ or more. Because of the high power, here is to introduce how to improve the safety of high temperature electric heating tubes.

 

1. During use, inflammable and explosive materials should not be placed near the high-temperature electric heating tube, and a certain safety distance must be maintained.

2. The high temperature electric heating tube must be placed on the base of non-conductive non-combustible material.

3. The safety cutoff of the wire must meet the capacity requirements of the high-temperature electric heating tube. The industrial high-temperature electric heating tube must be equipped with a separate circuit in any case.

4. The wire must be installed with a plug, and the high temperature electric heating line head cannot be directly inserted into the socket.

5. The aging and damaged wires of the high-temperature electric heating tube should be replaced in time, and the high-temperature electric heating tube without a fuse installed in the circuit shall not be used.

6. When using the high-temperature electric heating tube, someone must take care of it, and the plug should be unplugged when leaving. During use, if there is a power failure, the plug of the high-temperature electric heating tube should be pulled out in time.

7. For the resistance wire that has been repaired many times, it should be replaced with a new resistance wire.
