Notes on installation:
1. The inclination should not be more than 30 degrees when installed horizontally.
2. Use with aluminum reflector or stainless steel reflector, plane or parabolic reflector. But the parabolic reflector is the best: improve the utilization rate of radiation
3. Vibration and shaking should be avoided
4. The distance between the heating element and the object to be heated should be optimally controlled to be 150-450 mm, depending on the specific conditions of the object being dried.
5. Quartz heating element is a brittle material. Pay attention to safety during installation and use, and take necessary protective measures according to the specific conditions of the heated object to avoid mechanical damage.
