Quartz tube heating or carbon fiber heating which is better?
The thermal energy conversion rate of carbon fiber is higher. Carbon fiber is a pure black body material. The efficiency of converting electrical energy into heat energy during the heating process of this material can be as high as 95%, which is relatively energy-saving during use. Quartz tube mainly relies on tungsten wire to form resistance to generate heat, so the resistance wire will consume a part of electric energy during the heating process, the final conversion rate is lower than that of carbon fiber, and the energy saving effect is not as good as that of carbon fiber.
The carbon fiber heating tube has a longer service life. According to incomplete statistics, the service life of the quartz tube is about 2000-3000 hours, while the service life of the carbon fiber heating tube is 5000-8000 hours, so the service life of the carbon fiber heating tube is higher than that of the quartz tube. It is also more convenient.
